Grind 15g of coffee on a turkish setting, and boil 120g to 94°C. Estimated brew time is 4:30.
- Grind 15g of coffee
- Boil 120g of water
- Pour 120g of water into the dripper
- Add the ground coffee into the water and place on the stove
- Stir to ensure all grounds are submerged in water
- Allow the coffee to start boiling Increase or reduce the heat to allow the thick foam to form over time.
- Pour the brewed coffee into cups and wait to cool down The grounds to settle at the bottom of the cup
