Grind 20g of coffee using medium grind setting and boil 320g to 94°C. Estimated brew time is 2:20.
- Grind 20g of coffee
- Boil 320g of water
- Pour 40g of water until all the grounds are saturated
- Stir the grounds to ensure all coffee is fully immersed
- Wait for the coffee to bloom
- Pour 125g of water in a spiral motion over the dark areas
- Wait for the water to drain through the grounds
- Slowly top up the brewer with another 155g of water
- Wait for the water to drain through the grounds. When done remove the filter and serve
