Grind 20g of coffee on a fine setting, and boil 300g to 94°C. Estimated brew time is 2:10.
- Grind 20g of coffee
- Boil 300g of water
- Allow the coffee to brew for one minute
- Turn off the burner and remove it from under the siphon
- Let the coffee drip down to the bottom chamber
- Remove the top piece and serve the coffee
