Brew Moka Pot with Filtru
The moka pot, also known as a macchinetta (literally "small machine"), is a stove-top or electric coffee maker that produces coffee by passing boiling water pressurized by steam through ground coffee. It was patented for the first time in Italy by the inventor Luigi De Ponti for Alfonso Bialetti in 1933

Grind 18g of coffee using extra fine grind setting and boil 200g to 94°C. Estimated brew time is 5:30.
- Grind 18g of coffee
- Boil 200g of water
- Fill the lower chamber with boiling water just below the valve
- Insert the funnel and fill it with ground coffee
- Tightly screw the upper part of the pot on to the base
- Put the brewer on a stove and turn on medium heat
- Wait approx. 5 to 6 minutes for the water to boil
- Once the top of the pot is full, remove from the stove and pour into a cup. Enjoy!
