Grind 20g of coffee using medium grind setting and boil 100g to 94°C. Estimated brew time is 4:00.
- Grind 20g of coffee
- Boil 100g of water
- Pour 20g of water to soak the grounds
- Wait for the coffee to bloom
- Pour 80g of water enough to fill 3/4s of the dripper. Place the lid on the top once done
- Allow the coffee to brew and drip through.
