Grind 8.3g of coffee using coarse grind setting and boil 150g to 94°C. Estimated brew time is 4:40.
- Grind 8.3g of coffee
- Boil 150g of water
- Sniff the ground coffee and note down the aromas
- Slowly add 150g of water saturating all of the coffee grounds
- Allow the coffee to brew
- Stir the crust formed at the top
- Sniff the brewed coffee and note down the aromas
- Skim off the remaining grounds and any foam Use 2 spoons to scoop these more easily
- Take a spoonful of coffee and slurp it while inhaling Note down the flavour notes
