Grind 15g of coffee using medium grind setting and boil 250g to 94°C. Estimated brew time is 2:15.

  2. Boil 250g of water Boil
  3. Pour 50g of water and evenly saturate the coffee Bloom · 10s
  4. Stir the grounds to ensure all coffee is fully immersed Stir · 5s
  5. Wait for the coffee to bloom Wait · 15s
  6. Pour another 100g of water in a spiral motion Pour · 30s
  7. Wait for the water to drain through the grounds Wait · 30s
  8. Pour the remaining 100g of water around the edges of the dripper Pour · 30s
  9. Let the water drain through and when it's done discard the filter and serve Wait · 15s
