Brew Bee House Dripper with Filtru
A Japanese update on a classic paper cone brewer invented by Melitta Bentz in 1908. Mrs. Bentz used her son’s blotting paper and a punctured brass pot – you can now find its Melitta filters just about everywhere

Grind 15g of coffee on a medium setting, and boil 250g to 94°C. Estimated brew time is 2:15.
- Grind 15g of coffee
- Boil 250g of water
- Pour 50g of water and evenly saturate the coffee
- Stir the grounds to ensure all coffee is fully immersed
- Wait for the coffee to bloom
- Pour another 100g of water in a spiral motion
- Wait for the water to drain through the grounds
- Pour the remaining 100g of water around the edges of the dripper
- Let the water drain through and when it's done discard the filter and serve
