DiFluid makes genuinely interesting hardware, and CoffeeOS is its free companion platform: roast colour analysis, particle analysis, brew records, and sharing via short links.
It's built around DiFluid's own devices, though. There's no step-by-step guided brewing advertised, no espresso dial-in tools, AI input rather than a trained bag scanner, three languages, and no GB rating since its August 2025 launch. Filtru supports DiFluid scales as well, and brings the rest of the brewing companion with it.
